You'll find items by section and category, and, for those who prefer the products of a certain manufacturer, you'll find products additionally and conveniently grouped by manufacturer, too. Simply click on the name of the category or manufacturer to be taken to a page of products.

2. Every information page of the Siegel's website has a search form near the top. It indexes not only the catalog data, but also all of our news and information pages. You can search using any term you think might help you find what you're looking for. If you know a specific product, you can enter its name in the search form.
If you're trying to fill a certain need or solve a problem, try a few ways of entering that in the search form. For instance, entering the term "canker" will give you a list not only of pages that have products that are helpful in combatting canker, but also any other pages with news or useful information about canker.
Once you see the list of search results, simply click on the link for any page to be taken directly to it!

3. If you don't find what you're looking for, contact us. Chances are, if it's of interest to you, it's of interest to us and to your fellow fanciers, and your inquiry may lead to us adding new and helpful information to our site.

II. Click the green "Buy Now" button.

Once you've found what you're looking for, click the green "Buy Now" button. That will take you through the simple online ordering process.

First, you'll see a screen that lets you select the quantity you desire and note any options (color, etc.) that might need to be chosen. Once you've selected quantities and options, simply click the "Buy Me" button on that page, which will take you to an updated view of your shopping cart, from which you can update quantities, check out, or continue shopping by clicking on the appropriate button. You can also change your mind when you first see the "Buy Me" button and and not buy the product, by simply clicking the "Shop Some More" button instead, to continue shopping. (You'll also have a chance to review your purchase later on.)

Any time you want to check to see what's in your shopping cart, simply click the green "View My Cart" button near the top of the page. You can change quantities or delete items and then continue to shop, or check out.

When you're ready to check out, click the green "View My Cart" button, review your cart, and then click the "Check-out: Send with check " or "Secure credit card checkout" button. You'll also see a "Check out: Send with check" and "Secure credit card checkout" button when selecting an item sends you to an updated view of your cart, as noted above. The Check Out page will collect information about how to ship your order, and then you will click on the "Click to Continue" button to proceed to a page on payment information. Be sure to read our Online Store Policies page for helpful information. When you click on the "Submit the order" button your order will be processed.

You will then see a screen with information confirming your order. Please note the invoice number on this screen, as it will be very helpful to us in resolving any questions that might arise about your order. This information will also be sent to you by e-mail to the address you will have provided during the check-out process.
